Our Mission
Latido Global is a Nurse-led non-profit organization dedicated to expanding access to compassionate medical care, education, and essential supply distribution in underserved communities across Latin America. Our goal is to help people where they are, and to create lasting relationships built on integrity.
Because every heartbeat matters.
A Growing State of Emergency
In many parts of Latin America, communities face enormous barriers to basic healthcare. Rural clinics often lack the supplies and staff needed to treat chronic conditions. Families may travel hours for simple screenings and even then, life-saving medicines and equipment are out of reach.
Our goal is to bridge that gap.
Our Plan
Fundraising and Volunteer work
- Through fundraising efforts, a fee for volunteers to cover travel, and networking with supply chains and healthcare facilities local to our area we will attain the necessary supplies.
- Through networking within Cuba, we can establish an "anchor" within the local area to find patients and to meet and work with locals, eventually expanding to more Latin American territories where access and supplies are limited.
- Through meticulous planning and utmost caution, we will strictly adhere to all government guidelines regarding travel, treatment and supplies.
Our goals in Cuba do not include working within state owned facilities, as we plan to support the people, not the government of Cuba.
